1. Introduction and Acceptance

basa7 is an online gaming platform designed for players in Bangladesh who seek a secure, fair, and entertaining experience across cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. We are committed to maintaining a transparent relationship with our players and to operating with integrity at every level.

These terms apply to all users of basa7 services, including visitors who browse without an account, registered players, and VIP members. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Player Eligibility

To create an account and use basa7 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. basa7 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on basa7. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated balances being forfeited. When registering, you must:

• Use your real full name as it appears on your government-issued ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Provide a valid, personal mobile number registered under your name, as this will be used for account verification and payment processing.
• Select a strong, unique password and never share it with any third party, including basa7 support staff. basa7 will never ask for your password.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

basa7 supports multiple payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are solely responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Accepted payment methods include:

• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash equivalent unless they have been converted through the qualifying wagering requirement.

Multiple accounts created to abuse bonus systems will be flagged and permanently suspended. Any winnings derived from bonus abuse will be voided without exception.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on basa7 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Attempting to defraud, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software or payment infrastructure.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any collusion with third parties that distorts the outcome of a sporting or casino event.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that involves transferring, concealing, or converting proceeds of criminal origin.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, including accounts registered in the names of family members, to circumvent bonus or withdrawal restrictions.

basa7 actively monitors accounts for suspicious behaviour patterns. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, all associated funds will be permanently confiscated and relevant authorities may be notified.

7. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on basa7, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software code, page designs, written content, promotional materials, and multimedia elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of basa7 or its licensed content providers.

You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any basa7 content without our prior written consent. Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
